Dennis came to inspect and sweep the wood-burning chimney at my 1840-built cabin, and was half expecting the chimney to be too old or too unique to be swept. Not a chance! Dennis worked quickly, professionally, and with great care to make sure the chimney was safe and clean. The prices for his services are very fair and he made sure to educate me on how and when to take care of certain maintenance items. Class act and extremely friendly, couldn"t ask for a better experience. Don"t hesitate to call Dennis; so nice to add a wonderful professional for a much needed service to my preferred list of vendors for the Statesville area. Found Mike"s Chimney service on line. What a find! Dennis returned my call immediately.  We scheduled an appointment and Dennis was here on time and did a very professional job. I will be recommending them to a few of my friends.

I paid another chimney company to inspect our chimney upon the purchase of our house.
But soon realized ALL they were interested in was selling me new gas logs, even after I told them 3 times we were converting it back to wood. They were like robots.

I decided to have it cleaned and found Mike"s chimney sweep.
Dennis listened to all of my concerns, addressed them, was prompt, courteous, and kept the job clean as possible.

He was very nice, efficient, and quick! i appreciated that he pulled out my wood stove, and vaccumed out the fireplace from the inside after cleaning the chimney, AND started a fire just to make sure it was functioning correctly. Also, so many people i called just didnt call back after I left a voicemail, and Mike answered on the first ring, and came out the next day to take care of us.
